Adam Arkin is the son of Hollywood veteran actor Alan Arkin. Adam is probably best known for playing the role of Dr. Aaron Shutt on the critically-acclaimed CBS series Chicago Hope. He was nominated for an Emmy as “Best Supporting Actor” for his role as Adam on Northern Exposure. Arkin made his Broadway debut in I Hate Hamlet, for which he received a Tony Award Nomination.
In Halloween H20, Adam plays the love interest of Laurie Strode/Keri Tate. Director Steve minor felt he was the right choice for the role as he and Curtis had a great, natural onscreen chemistry.
Recently Adam has had re-occurring roles on hit shows such as The West Wing, 8 Simple Rules, Sons of Anarchy, State of Affairs and Fargo. He has also moved behind the camera and has directed several episodes of those same shows.
