Irish-born Dan O’Herlihy was perfect for role of Conal Cochran in Halloween III. During his long and distinguished career, in Hollywood, this Academy-Award nominated actor has appeared in over 130 film/TV projects. Some notable projects (in addition to Halloween III), that O’Herlihy has appeared in are Nick Castle’s The Last Starfighter, Robocop and Robocop 2, Twin Peaks, The Rat Pack and The Man from U.N.C.L.E.
Between film roles Dan would also make appearances at numerous horror conventions. Sadly Dan passed away at the age of 85 from natural causes in Malibu California.
